My asset shows no data / is offline
Check that the External ID configured on the asset exactly matches the one used by the physical device — see Connecting a physical device. Then check the asset's integration log to see whether the device's calls/messages are arriving.
I changed an alarm rule and now it applies to too many assets
Alarm rules (and dashboards) created/edited from an asset's detail page are actually at template level and apply to all assets of that template. See Creating dashboards and rules from the asset's detail page.
I can't find a "Devices" section anywhere
In Trackle Spaces Asset and physical device are not two separate entities: the device is the physical connection of the asset, identified by the External ID. The asset detail page is what opens when you click an asset in the list. See Key concepts.
I can't edit a template/alarm rule/dashboard
Only users with the Admin role can create or edit templates, alarm rules and template dashboards. The Support role can view them read-only. See Managing members, roles and permissions.
