Managing members, roles and permissions
From Settings → Users (requires Admin role) you can manage all users in your Space.
Available roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access: managing templates, alarm rules, dashboards, users, billing and settings. |
| Support | Can view templates, assets and rules to assist customers, without being able to modify them. |
| Customer | End user who manages their own assets and personal dashboards, without access to global settings. |
