A data point is a single value written to the time-series database for one variable of one asset. Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance; you can upgrade at any time if you need more.
Retention is how long your historical telemetry is kept. Entry keeps 3 months, Start 6 months, and Premium 12 months. Older data is automatically expired.
Multiple organizations are available on the Premium plan. Entry and Start include a single organization, within which you can create and manage groups.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade from the billing portal at any time; changes are prorated.
