These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trackle Spaces (the "Service") operated by IoTReady. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and spaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity in the spaces you own. Each space is a separate tenant with its own plan, limits and data.

2. Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Every plan includes a free trial; after the trial your selected plan is charged on a recurring basis until cancelled. Data-point and retention limits apply per plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, exceed your plan limits through automated circumvention, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Data

Telemetry you send is stored according to your plan retention. You retain ownership of your data; we process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, IoTReady is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
